RESEARCH ADMINISTRATOR
Job Summary: This position will provide research administrative support to the Department of Horticulture and Department of Agronomy via an administrative unit. Position will support research for approximately 40 PIs, through the entire life-cycle, including all pre-award and post-award activities, including sub-awards and subcontracts. Combined, the departments average about 200 proposal submissions per year. Position will provide pre-award support in helping PIs to draft and submit proposals to both federal and non-federal sponsors. Position will provide guidance to faculty and staff with Outside Activities Reporting (OAR) compliance and IRB requirements.
