This position is located at the Northwest Sustainable Agroecosystems Research Unit, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA), in Pullman, WA.

As part of a team, you will support research focused on sustainable intensification through on-farm studies, implementation of perennials, and increasing crop species diversity on the landscape.

The incumbent will have a wide range of duties including independently operating and maintaining a variety of highly specialized equipment such as pesticide sprayers or seeders; organizing farm equipment for transport and leading crews for field operations; anticipating crop management needs for seeding, spraying, or fertilizing; anticipating and organizing the collection, preparation, and evaluation of samples for grain quality or soil analysis.
