The focus will be on pathology, entomology, horticulture and allied lines of inquiry related to climate change, digital agriculture, regenerative agriculture and agroforestry.
The successful candidate will be expected to serve as a thought leader in their area of expertise and be able to work broadly as part of team on topics that contribute to the mission. A joint appointment in an academic unit related to candidate’s background may also be determined at a later time. You are expected to develop an externally funded research program to directly support local farmer needs.
