Assists Professor and other lab members with research activities in the study of plant-associated microorganisms, within Ohio cropping systems. Specifically, provides assistance in research activities in the lab and the greenhouse, including experiment preparation and setup, plant, soil, nutrient solution, and other material sampling, data generation, recording, curation and analysis. Performs routine microbiological techniques in the laboratory following safety procedures and stardard protocols, and supports maintenance of culture collection. Contributes to lab cleanup and organization.
