Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (Weed Science)
The Louisiana State University Agricultural Center is inviting applications for the position of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Weed Science in the School of Plant, Environmental and Soil Sciences. This is a full-time, 12-month tenure track position with a 70% research and 30% teaching appointment. Candidates are sought with the vision and expertise to develop and lead an innovative research program that advances integrated weed management and incorporates state-of-the art weed management technologies The candidate must communicate with commodity and agricultural industry partners to identify, develop, and implement critical research projects. The selected candidate is expected to obtain extramural funding to support research, mentor graduate students, communicate research
